Now available with 200 cell sport catalytic converter to reduce emissions. This Stainless Steel Sport Exhaust Headers for Gen1 MINI R50, R52, R53 is the same as our non catted version except the straight through pipe has been replaced with a 200 cell catalytic converter. These high performance headers were developed in Germany by a leading tuner and are manufactured out of heavy gauge T304 stainless steel for long life.

Features:

- Design utilizes a F1-style 4 into 1 merge collector for reduced turbulence which creates more horsepower and torque
- All T304 stainless steel heavy tubing, TIG welded and polished finish
- Includes O2 (lambda) sensor ports just like the original down pipe configuration.Now includes 200 cell catalytic converter - Check your local regulations!
- Improvement is approximately 10 hp.
- Design utilizes flex joint to isolate engine vibration.
- When the test pipe is installed with the sport cat it reduces emission, however, it may not pass local regulations! This cat pipe includes an O2 sensor bung to install your O2 sensor.
- Headers really make the car noticeably faster across the rpm range with minimal additional noise
- Straight forward installation. The header includes a flexible joint for any slight adjustments that may be necessary. Kit comes complete with hardware and gaskets.

- This header has not passed California CARB

All I can say is wow! This sway bar installed easily. The NM Engineering instructions are excellent. I could feel the difference even backing out of the garage. I started it out on setting 3 out of 4, but will be moving to the stiffest setting shortly. The Mini handled great stock, so I was a little skeptical about how much of a difference this bar would make. Boy am I glad I elected to give it a try. Completely worth the expense.

I needed a piece of clutch line for my '02 Cooper and you had it brand new for the best price. Bought and received in a reasonable amount of time, and it came in perfect condition. Did a search online for a replacement dome light button for a 2004 mini copper s and was directed toward your site. I was, frankly, shocked by the price listed and wouldn’t be surprised if others had the same reaction, after viewing the price. After swing that outrageous price, for a dome light button, I may have to, seriously, reconsider buying anything from your sight, in light of the fact that I can purchase a, nearly, brand new one- although it’ll be used- for $25, with free shipping. Please, if you will, explain selling a button for $67. That’s, without shipping.

ANSWER from OutMotoring: Hi, yes, this is a insanely high price for such a small item, unfortunately production and other costs define the price as we have to purchase this though the MINI parts network and they sometimes have exceptionally high prices on some items.
