Add a little flavor to your MINI gen3 keychain with this suede like keychain featuring red stitching and embossed graphics. Also features a John Cooper Works medallion on the chain loop. This type of keychain has a U shaped hood designed to slide onto the plastic remote loop that is molded into the factory MINI remote. The included plastic pin is designed to be removed and clicked back into place once the U shaped plastic hood is slid over top of the factory remote base for a very clean and streamlined look.

This will only fit on the new Gen3 style keyfob.

This is a review of the M12 stud conversion kit for the R53 MINI Cooper S. This is the second stud kit that I have installed. The first set was of much lessor quality and was totally worn out within six years of auto-x, track days and winter tire change-over.

These new studs appear to be far superior and slightly longer. I also like the unthreaded portion that allows lining up the nut to help prevent cross threading.

I do have one question; Do you recommend any using any lubrication on the threads of the studs?

I dropped by OutMotoring with my wife today to check it out after giving her a 2015 Mini Paceman last week. Aaron and Meghan took a lot of interest in us as new customers. We were invited to come back to the warehouse and invited to view all the available Mini parts and items. So as a mini enthusiast, of course I try to do the up keep myself. I broke a bolt replacing the rubber gasket on the valve cover. 2 places on this earth have it. Here and of course mini dealers. Mini dealers have no interest in replacing parts in my 2011 mini cooper. They want me to buy a new one.
I was happy to buy the parts right here, have them shipped out and arrive in 3 days. Well done you lot for helping the regular weekend car mechanics.
