This is a fantastic way to squeeze every last bit of power from your MINI Cooper S. Offered in three options to fit nearly every MINI Performance need, this head is designed to perform. Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3 heads were designed, blueprinted and machined in the USA by DPR Racing in conjunction with Pilo Racing and come complete and ready to install in place of your existing stock head. Casting Flash Removal (Polished & Deburred)
Hand-Lapped & Vacuum-Tested Valve Seats
Bowl Port & Polish (behind valve seat)
Fully Degreased & Cleaned
Enlarge Valve Throat
1 Inch Gasket Match Port & Polish (Intake & Exhaust)
Port Enlargement
Blueprinted Valve Springs (Shims Extra if needed)

Cylinder heads are custom made to order and take 4 weeks before delivery. Core must be returned 2 weeks after delivery of new head, no exceptions. This is a true, high performance head made by a company who knows what they're doing. Don't be fooled by some of garbage out there.
