Want to add some flavor to your MINI Cooper? This factory rear view mirror cover with checkered flag pattern is the way to got. Cover installs in minutes with no tools.

If you have a large knob on the bottom of your rear view mirror you have the NON Auto Dimming mirror. If you have the Auto-Dimming feature, your rear view mirror will not have the large knob in the center at the bottom.

Does NOT fit any rear view mirror with the Garage Door Opener function buttons UNLESS you do a little tweaking: The mirror cover is the same shape for the rear view mirror cover with and without the garage door opener feature, but the 3 buttons for the garage door opener function get in the way of the cover. However the cover is so thin it can be trimmed with some scissors to make room for the 3 buttons if you are up some a little DIY.

The best way to install this is to peel back enough of the ends of each piece of tape so they hang over the edge of the rear view mirror just enough to grab them. While putting pressure on the mirror cover with it nested over the mirror housing, start pulling back on each piece of tape until the backing comes off and the mirror should stay in place.

I am a new Mini Cooper convertible owner. The car I bought had a busted rear third brake light. The lights worked just fine, but the red plastic cover was missing. I expected it to be very expensive, however, I went on an online search and found OutMotoring.com. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they had what I needed, and it was not expensive at all - far less than I expected! Other sites were charging more than twice as much! ordered it on the 12th, had it by the 15th (and I didn't pay expedited shipping).

I also need to get some replacements for the rear belt line trim...unfortunately those are a bit pricier, but still competitive with other sites.

I will definitely be ordering parts from here in the future!

I am so grateful to these folks! This non-mechanic was able to fix a problem that would have cost a couple of k's to fix at a dealership or mechanic. Aaron and Anthony were able to communicate with me to troubleshoot the issues and parts with me based off of my troubleshooting and error codes I received from my Schwaben (which Aaron referred me to a few years ago). They got the parts to me in a speed I was able to fix my problems before a scheduled shop visit that is always 2-3 weeks out. Now all I need is an oil and break fluid change I don't want to do and a slow leaking valve gasket I need to decide if I want to attempt. I found helpful videos that I'm almost thinking yes. Thanks guys!
