Clear Tail Lights + 3rd Brake Light

A direct replacement for the factory lights made by MINI for a perfect fit, 3 piece kit adds a unique look to the business end of your MINI. They fit great, look mean and will make your MINI stand out of the crowd even more! These are the actual lights that the dealer sells, be aware of cheap knock-offs. DOT approved and fairly easy to install. You're supposed to have some sort or RED reflector on the back of your car which can be found at nearly any auto parts store either as a sticker or actual lens that can be attached as directed by your local law enforcement friends.

Please note that there are technically made for the 02-04 MINI but they DO fit the 2005-06 Hatchbacks and 03-08 Convertibles. They require removal of the red bulb in the top position and replacing it with aclear bulb to have proper reverse lights. The turns, tail and brake lights all work fine. The problem is that the top bulbs are soldered in and must be removed carefully with a soldering iron (not that hard). One should be able to do it in about 20 minutes for both sides, and then fit the clear #1156 reverse bulbs (commonly available at autoparts stores). The 3rd brake light fits without any changes or mods.
