Okay, so this part is really expensive but it does help solve a major problem for those with a drinking problem. I have yet to actually drink in any of the cars I love (although my MINI van is fair game) but lots of us crave a spot to stash our morning juice or midnight Taco Bell run fizzy stuff. This cupholder attaches to the side of the pillar on all Gen 1 MINI's in seconds using existing holes and included hardware. To find the holes, you will need to open the glove box (one is hiding behind the door).

Swivel action allows positioning to suit your needs but may never be entirely out of way for your passenger but you're the boss right?

Anytime you turn right the cup holder swings to the left and hits the A/C controls.
