I found a better way to install this shifter badging than the enclosed instructions:
-Pull shifter knob off (straight up motion)
-Inside that hole of the knob where your shifter shaft goes in you can see two smaller holes.
-Take a thin shafted scratch awe or screw driver and push it through one of the small holes.
-This will 'push' the "H" pattern badging off the top of the shifter knob from the bottom.
-Work on each hole and this factory badge will come off much easier.
-Then clean all the old two sided tape of completely and in stall your new custome badge.
-Once aligned and installed heat new custom badging with hair dryer and keep pressing until the new two sided tape 'seats' in to the shifter knob tight.
Your done!
