One of the first things most people notice about driving the MINI aside from its stunningly good looks, insane quickness, super agility and ultra retro interior is that the rear view mirror is so far away that it really limits what you can see. To top it off the MINI does have a nice blind spot that makes lane shifting a bit scary. As you may know the 02-04 MINI had a smaller, more oval mirror and in 2005 MINI redesigned it and made it bigger and less oval to help with not only the blind spot but the limited view.

This little convex mirror sticks onto your existing mirror with the included foam spacers and double stick tape (already applied) and is ready to install in seconds once you clean and prep the existing mirror. Once installed it offers a vastly improved view of objects to the side and back as well as the back seat. Because the mirror itself is curved it will stick outward about 3/8" of so in the middle while the sides will sit more or less flush with the existing mirror.
