This is a handy thing to have around if you end up using your MINI for more than just pleasure drives on warm summer evenings when the birds are chirping, etc. OK, back to reality. The fact it many people use their MINI's to haul stuff. Stuff like boxes, bins and just about anything that will fit. When the back seats are folded down there is plenty room to stuff a good amount of stuff back there. If you first lay down this large non skid rubberized mat your stuff will stay put. This thing is super cool. The open, stretchy, rubber-like mat is super easy to lay down and roll up when you're done using it.

As you can see from the picture it is very pliable so you can basically lay it down when the seats are folded and arrange it as needed, but it's just large enough to cover the full back seat area as well as most of the recessed boot area.
