To save a few bucks MINI left out a few things and you may not notice it for a few weeks after buying your MINI and you may think they forgot to put a cigarette lighter or even a filler plug in during assembly but in reality it was never meant to be there. If you just hate to have a unfinished look in your interior just plug that hole up with cigarette lighter filler plug.
