If you have ever wondered what has happened to the occasional grocery bag that seems to dance in front of your car as you speed down the road, chances are they end up wrapped up in the underpinnings of your car. A simple bag or other flying debris can permantly damage the MINI Steering Pump Fan leaving you on the side of the ride looking for a ride. 02-05 MINI's are notorious for buring out the steering pumps and in 2006 MINI went to a newer design that has an integrated plastic cover but if you didn't make the cutoff you'll want to get one of these on asap. Hign IQ not required to install, but is helpful.
