This is the official part direct from MINI. If you've stripped out a lug bolt or have a grinding sound coming from the bearing, this is what you will need to fix it. The bearings/hubs are sold INDIVIDUALLY and are NOT side specific. Please note the production date range listed below as MINI changed the lug bolt size in June of 2006.
