So far not impressed with communication of order status.ANSWER from OutMotoring: Hi, we send a order confirmation immediately after each order is placed and then another email with tracking as soon as it ships. Maybe our emails are stuck in a spam filter and are not getting to you? Keith Davis
I recently purchased a few items for my R56 as i begin to make it more my own as well as some maintenance parts. I was extremely satisfied with service that I've received from OutMotoring. The level of service I've received makes it easy for me to return to OutMotoring or my future needs. With technology it's so easy to buy from anywhere/anyone, but when a company goes above and beyond they set themselves apart from everyone else.

I purchased an RSIC6 rear GP style spoiler for my MINI R56 S. During installation, it became clear there was an issue with the fitment. I sent an email to RSIC6 (they're in Italy) and the next morning they replied. They told me to contact Outmotoring for a full replacement. I reached out to Outmotring, and by the middle of that next day they already had a new product shipped. The level of customer service was fast, prompt and excellent! The replacement spoiler is now on my car and it looks fantastic! Thanks Outmotoring and RSIC6!
