Im in Australia, so receiving my products within two weeks was great. Just arrived today and im so stoked to be doing up my Mini Cooper S with some very cool accessories. A huge thanks to the team at Outmotoring.com for their continuing support and answering all my stupid questions, of which i asked many, even before i had placed an order. Rare levels of customer service. Materials used in products appear to be of high quality so i will update when i have finished installing them. Once again, thankyou

I bought Denso Iridium Colder spark plugs recently and found out that they are a horrible product to use. Wish that Outmotoring would allow customer reviews on products, that way we the consumer wouldn't have to worry able destroying our vehicles by adding sh!# parts. Why even sell this brand of spark plug if they have a bad reputation of popping out and destroying the threading!

I have ordered many parts for my Mini Cooper R58 JCW. The customer service at Outmotoring is the very best of any Mini Cooper parts company. My contact with Aaron was fantastic. He is so helpful and really goes out if his way for the customer. In this day and age even good customer service is difficult to find. Outmotoring's staff exceeds excellent service. Outmotoring is exceptional customer service. I will go no were else for my car parts. Thank you to the staff.
