I have spent roughly 400-500 dollars with Outmotoring since the purchase of my 1st Gen MCS. I have only had one small issue with paypal not working to complete the order correctly, which was solved as soon as I emailed them. Great customer service, and excellent products at good prices. I will continue to shop with Outmotoring for anything I need for my MINI. MattI ordered a replacement bulb for an F54 brake light but it didn't work. I purchased an RSIC6 rear GP style spoiler for my MINI R56 S. During installation, it became clear there was an issue with the fitment. I sent an email to RSIC6 (they're in Italy) and the next morning they replied. They told me to contact Outmotoring for a full replacement. I reached out to Outmotring, and by the middle of that next day they already had a new product shipped. The level of customer service was fast, prompt and excellent! The replacement spoiler is now on my car and it looks fantastic! Thanks Outmotoring and RSIC6!
