Aaron and his staff down at OutMotoring are awesome! Always extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I have about their products and Mini's in general. I live near by so it is nice to be able to go down and pick up everything I need and look around at what they have on the shelves. If you don't mind destroying the OEM shifter boot then this thing is a snap (literally and figuratively) to install. You won't need to disassemble the center console. I just broke it off with a screwdriver. The new well pops right in with no tools. Couldn't be simpler.

Anthony did an amazing job getting my mini parts to me!!! He went above and beyond to get me my parts on a ridiculous timeline. Even Aaron helped out trying to make this all happen for me!
