When upgrading a vehicle, one of the first and most reliable options to improve looks, performance, and sound is by outfitting it with a new exhaust system.

This is the Touring System which is a bit louder than stock and easy to live with as a daily driver.

The BORLA Cat-Back Exhaust System for the Generation 1 MINI Cooper Checks all those boxes while maintaining a decent size and minimal cost. It comes with the following specifications:

-2.25 inch Pipe Diameter

-Twin Round, Rolled Angle-Cut, 3.15x2 inch, T-304 Stainless Steel Tip

PLEASE NOTE: Models that predate 2004 (2002 and 2003 Cooper S Models) have a different exhaust hanger orientation than the rest of Generation 1 model. Out of the box, this product WILL NOT fit; however, the hangers on this model can be bent to fit, but doing so would void the warranty of the product.

I recently ordered some blackout rings for the tail lights on my F54 Clubman. Aaron and his team provided great service and support when I had an issue - organising a new set sent directly from the distributor to me in Australia. I have ordered from Aaron a couple of times. He had parts that no one, to include parts houses, had and got them to me quickly. Seriously just 2 days. Aaron and I emailed back and forth about an address change that needed to be made post order, because of a blunder on my end. He handled it and things went well.
