Purchased many things from you and have had nothing but great service. My only complaint is the mini countryman carbon fiber covers I received. They provided a glue with it that youre supposed to apply to the back, I did and now my carbon fiber covers are ruined as is the finish on my hood, I dont know what type of glue this is but it doesnt seem to make the covers stick only leak everywhere, so thats 150 out of my pocket to have this stuff buffed off my car. Tim CondronI ordered a tow hook cover for my mini and it came carefully wrapped as to not get scratched. It fit perfectly! It also came the same week I ordered it! Kelly
I have ordered many parts for my Mini Cooper R58 JCW. The customer service at Outmotoring is the very best of any Mini Cooper parts company. My contact with Aaron was fantastic. He is so helpful and really goes out if his way for the customer. In this day and age even good customer service is difficult to find. Outmotoring's staff exceeds excellent service.
