I spoke to Aaron one day when they were shut down due to snow and ice no one was in but Aaron he made it in,so I was calling about my order and Aaron answered the phone and I asked him about my order and he checked it out and told me that the order went out and we got talking about MINI CAR'S HE WAS SO NICE OF A PERSON AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD A STORM AND NO ONE COULD MAKE IT IN BUT HIM HE TRYED TO GET OUT OF HIS DRIVEWAY WITH HIS MINI BUT IT WAS TO BAD SO HE DROVE HIS TRUCK AND MADE IT IN AND THEN HE TOOK MY ORDER AND WE SAT ON THE PHONE TALKING ABOUT MINI CAR'S I WILL ONLY BUY FROM HERE.!!!! I was, frankly, shocked by the price listed and wouldn’t be surprised if others had the same reaction, after viewing the price. After swing that outrageous price, for a dome light button, I may have to, seriously, reconsider buying anything from your sight, in light of the fact that I can purchase a, nearly, brand new one- although it’ll be used- for $25, with free shipping. Please, if you will, explain selling a button for $67. That’s, without shipping.

I have ordered many parts for my Mini Cooper R58 JCW. The customer service at Outmotoring is the very best of any Mini Cooper parts company. My contact with Aaron was fantastic. He is so helpful and really goes out if his way for the customer. In this day and age even good customer service is difficult to find. Outmotoring's staff exceeds excellent service.
