I was looking for a hitch for my 2005 mini Cooper S convertible. I could not believe it, but outmotoring had a hitch specifically designed for my mini Cooper. I was in total shock because I had been looking for a hitch to use for my bike rack.. Installation was easy and it was a perfect fit. I am totally elated about my find. During installation, it became clear there was an issue with the fitment. I sent an email to RSIC6 (they're in Italy) and the next morning they replied. They told me to contact Outmotoring for a full replacement. I reached out to Outmotring, and by the middle of that next day they already had a new product shipped. The level of customer service was fast, prompt and excellent! The replacement spoiler is now on my car and it looks fantastic! Thanks Outmotoring and RSIC6!

Recently ordered the "secret" compartment for my 2021 Mini Cooper S. Aaron was instrumental in assuring that I ordered all the correct parts, as well as ancillary hardware. He also helped solve a
