If you dig the looks of the OEM MINI Driving lights but don't want to pay the big price tag you'll need a set of these brackets (or something similar) in order to mount a set of lights up front. While this kit is only the two mounting brackets, it opens up lots of options for using Hella, Piaa, IPF or other brands of lights that are more affordable than the OEM MINI driving lights. Sold as a set of two. Designed to work with any factory installed grill on the Gen 1 MINI. Does NOT include any lights, wiring, etc.

Unlike the factory (PIAA) driving light brackets these do NOT mount to the backside of the hood. These mount to stock locations dirctly above/behind the bumper under the hood and do require some trimming of the plastic bumper to nest properly and allow the hood to close.

Both of the front headlight trims came with one having the letter "A" and one having the letter "B" but does not instruct on which one is left and right side. Both pieces are almost identical and fit nearly the same on either headlight trim. I feel that there should be some sort of instruction on which one goes on the left or right side.

I ordered a tow hook cover for my mini and it came carefully wrapped as to not get scratched. It fit perfectly! It also came the same week I ordered it!
