Purchased many things from you and have had nothing but great service. My only complaint is the mini countryman carbon fiber covers I received. They provided a glue with it that youre supposed to apply to the back, I did and now my carbon fiber covers are ruined as is the finish on my hood, I dont know what type of glue this is but it doesnt seem to make the covers stick only leak everywhere, so thats 150 out of my pocket to have this stuff buffed off my car. Due to the pandemic, inflation and the overall state of the world, both the price of the item from Mini and the shipping costs had increased significantly. Aaron was proactive and made me aware of the changes in price and the potential shipping delays and was willing to work with me on both. I'm happy to say the part part arrived to me sooner than anticipated and I'll be installing it this weekend. Aaron is a great guy running a great company and he has a customer for life! Kyle York
After buying LED Rear Tail Lights: GREY Union Jack: R56/7/8/9, one stopped working just after a year. These aren't cheap, and they should last more than a year. Since I purchased them over the 12 month mark, they are not covered under warranty. :( Customer service (Aaron) did work with me to get a new one at a discounted cost so I am thankful for that. So glad I purchased these from Outmotoring!
