This tool was the hardest thing about my head gasket replacement. It was engineered to a totally too tight of fit. It is so exacting that it is almost impossible to use. Loosen up Dudes. It is just a tool for removal or assy of the chain sprocket. NOT a working part.

Reworking a head is serious business usually left to professionals but it's certainly something a motivated and skilled shade tree mechanic can pull off. Before you start, be sure to have the correct tools and a good manual to reference. Having the right tools when you need them will reduce a lot of frustration and head ache. Not having the right tools usually ends up in disaster. There's a reason why some tools were designed, engineered, produced and sold. Pay attention and do the job right. Set includes Camshaft Sprocket Holding Tool (OEM 11 8 250), Engine Support Bracket (OEM 11 8 370) and Tensioner Assembly Tool (OEM 11 8 240). These are NOT OEM tools but are made to the same standards as OEM tools at a major discount. This is what you will need to properly.
