The stock gearbox mount does a fine job but over time they tend to crack, wear and fall apart. It's a gradual process but one day it will hit you that your MINI Cooper just feels worn out. One of the firsts things to look at is the motor and gearbox mounts, as they are prone to crack and deteriorate. It's best to replace them before they tear in half leaving your engine bucking up and down while making reverse dents in your hood as you accelerate and wonder what's going on. This bushing replacement is a major improvement over the soft stock bushings. It will reduce a great deal of movement in the engine which will, in turn, allow more power to go straight to the wheels instead of being wasted on motor mount flex. It's hard to explain how much of a difference this makes but it is well worth upgrading to a more rigid urethane motor mount system.

Kit includes: 1 gearbox mount

Both of the front headlight trims came with one having the letter "A" and one having the letter "B" but does not instruct on which one is left and right side. Both pieces are almost identical and fit nearly the same on either headlight trim. I feel that there should be some sort of instruction on which one goes on the left or right side.

I am a new Mini Cooper convertible owner. The car I bought had a busted rear third brake light. The lights worked just fine, but the red plastic cover was missing. I expected it to be very expensive, however, I went on an online search and found OutMotoring.com. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they had what I needed, and it was not expensive at all - far less than I expected! Other sites were charging more than twice as much! ordered it on the 12th, had it by the 15th (and I didn't pay expedited shipping).

I also need to get some replacements for the rear belt line trim...unfortunately those are a bit pricier, but still competitive with other sites.

I will definitely be ordering parts from here in the future!

I am so grateful to these folks! This non-mechanic was able to fix a problem that would have cost a couple of k's to fix at a dealership or mechanic. Aaron and Anthony were able to communicate with me to troubleshoot the issues and parts with me based off of my troubleshooting and error codes I received from my Schwaben (which Aaron referred me to a few years ago). They got the parts to me in a speed I was able to fix my problems before a scheduled shop visit that is always 2-3 weeks out. Now all I need is an oil and break fluid change I don't want to do and a slow leaking valve gasket I need to decide if I want to attempt. I found helpful videos that I'm almost thinking yes. Thanks guys!
