i received the arm rest yesterday and i installed it , i must say it's very good looking but not well designed
it's way to low and you arm kind get tired resting on it also every time i rest my hand on it the metal feel like it's going to break i think i am gonna return it

While there are a number of armrests on the market for the MINI, none have the right combination of style, adjustability, fit, function and appeal as this one. Many other armrests on the market look out of place, blocky, or just not right; while they have certain merits, I think this one has it all together, of course I am a bit biased! Simple, graceful arc design fits well with the MINI interior while the soft, oval arm pad continues the oval theme of the door panels and other interior elements. Color is a very close match to the major plastic components in the MINI interior and matches the Leatherette and the Panther Black Leather fairly well. Slots in the metal base matched with thumbscrews allow for quick front to back adjustment of the pad. Drivers of both short and tall stature should be able to fine tune its placement to their liking. Laser cut 1/4" Stainless Steel construction is durable yet classy. The ARC armrest features a built-in cupholder which replaces the one that is displaced by the mounting structure. Rubber gasket-like fingers hold beverages in place. Installation of the ARC armrest is a breeze, taking 15 or so minutes from start to finish! Please note that MINI changed the diameter and depth of the rear cupholder in 2005 when they brought out the console with the built in ebrake storage tray. As a result there are two fitments noted on the drop down menu. Get yourself an ARC armrest. 100% made in America. Designed in house by Industrial Designer and owner of Out Motoring.

Aaron Cornaby is the man! I can't say enough good things about him, or his staff. All of my questions were answered in a prompt, professional manner, and Outmotoring has the BEST prices around - I'd know, I'm a penny pincher. They were also kind enough to send me out a part for the coil overs I had ordered to complete them since I ordered the GEN1, instead of the GEN2 - d'oh!

I am a new Mini Cooper convertible owner. The car I bought had a busted rear third brake light. The lights worked just fine, but the red plastic cover was missing. I expected it to be very expensive, however, I went on an online search and found OutMotoring.com. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they had what I needed, and it was not expensive at all - far less than I expected! Other sites were charging more than twice as much! ordered it on the 12th, had it by the 15th (and I didn't pay expedited shipping).

I also need to get some replacements for the rear belt line trim...unfortunately those are a bit pricier, but still competitive with other sites.

I will definitely be ordering parts from here in the future!
