I've never owned or had a desire to own a truck but I own one as of last month. It was just too good of a deal to pass up. A friend had it sitting in his back yard (yes that happens a LOT in Tennessee- yet has 2 new Toyota Land Cruisers, a nice new Yukon, and a F250)- and I happened to have some AV equipment that he wanted so we traded. The 1999 F150 for a Onkyo Receiver, a Martin Logan Subwoofer and a set of 3 in wall speakers that I had from an old system in Ohio- what a deal for both of us!!!....I'm still part owner of Park Audio Labs (high end home audio and home theater) so I have tons of equipment sitting around...in fact this stuff was still in their boxes... Now that I have a truck, a four wheeler, a crossbow, 22 guns and rifles, a home on 5 acres, a 12' trailer, a chainsaw, a jet ski, a camper, a 10' enclosed trailer, a fishing boat and a riding lawnmower, a 60" trail mower and a 30 tree fruit orchard I think it's official. I'm a redneck. But I drive a MINI and own a MINI Accessory company which is a total contradiction that continues to baffle my wife.
It's worth noting that the fishing boat, jet ski and, 2 trailers are NOT mine but somehow ended up on my property...that tends to happen once friends and family realize they can leave their stuff at your house....but I get to use them while they're parked here so it's a good trade....
