How can I estimate shipping? Simply click on the "add to cart" icon from the product description page to add a particular item. Continue shopping until you're all ready to get a shipping estimate. When you're ready, click "shopping cart" to review the contents of your cart. Enter your shipping address and the website will figure your shipping cost WITHOUT charging your credit card. Do NOT finalize the order if you do not want to purchase the items. To back out of the system, simply click the back button on your browser.

If you are getting an error it is usually due to a misspelling or the total weight of the products in the cart are more than the max allowed for a certain country or shipping method. Simply edit the cart to take out large items like exhausts or coil overs and contact us so we can assist you with completing your purchase.

Do you charge a handling fee? No.

Do you ship internationally? Yes***, aside from South Africa, Philippines and Thailand (unless approved by us and with payment via Paypal) due to the very high fraud rate we have experienced from these countries. Sorry to the honest folks out there but we have lost about $15,000.00 in product from these countries.

But anyways, to answer the question, yes, to all other countries. USPS is MUCH cheaper for international shipments (click on "shipping estimates" on the left to learn more). *** Please note that any and all fees associated with import regulations, duties and any other fees are the responsibility of the customer.*** Please check your local rules and regulations in relation to this before ordering. If items are shipped back to us due to denial of customs/import fees, and fees are charged to us we will charge those to the customers credit card. How can I pay? Out Motoring accepts PayPal, VISA, Discover, American Express and MasterCard credit cards through our secure ordering system. Alternately, you can also call in your credit card info or choose to mail in a check or money order after completing your order online.

Do you have a printed catalog? Not yet.

Do you charge sales tax? A sales tax of 6.75% is added to all orders shipped to Ohio addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments outside Ohio.

How do I know that my order went through? If you get a "congratulations" page directly after finalizing payment details your order is okay and in the system. As a second confirmation we also automatically email an order confirmation to the email address on your order forum. After your order has been approved and shipped, we usually send a UPS tracking number via email unless the order was drop shipped from another location, shipped via USPS or with our other free shipping options in which case you may need to email us for the tracking info. Please double check all e-mail addresses. We send all shipment info and receipts to the email that you provided at checkout. AOL email address's typically mark our mail as SPAM, so please keep that in mind.
