Someday you may find your MINI power windows stop working. It's likely that the motor is at fault. Usually if the window regulator goes out you'll hear the motor working but the window will not go up and down. If you don't hear the motor it could be the window switch or the motor. To bypass the switch run a 12v and ground to the motor and see if it works. If it doesn't you're gonna need a new motor.

I had a bit of disappointment today when my new hitch arrived - it was not the correct model for my car.
In retrospect, I looked back at the ordering page and found that it was my mistake but I could see why. I searched for a hitch for a Mini-S R53 and it took me to a 1001 which is for a non-S R50. The model numbers for the hitches and the cars they match up with were at the very bottom of the page, which I didn't see when ordering. It would have been very helpful if the drop-down menu had not just the hitch model number (1003) but the car model as well (R50, R53...) to help avoid this confusion.
It cost me return shipping and another week or more of wait. Not fun.

Ordered the rear set delete kit (with the seat belt hole option) planning on using it as a platform for my dogs instead of having the enter through the door and sit on the rear seat. After reading through the install procedures and prepping the car for install I noticed that there is only one bolt securing the delete kit. This may be ok for weight reduction but it not good for use with pets.
