Installed short shifter kit with no problems except kit did not come with 'o' ring for shifter shaft. Factory 'o' ring was too larger off of OEM shift lever. I would also recommend some good out door adhesive to reinstall dust cover on shift box, because some of the locking tabs may break off when removing. And with this short shifter kit there is no need to modify shifter box as some other products require you to leave dust cover off or purchase a drop cover to accommodate the longer shift lever. I have purchased your stage 1 speed upgrade and the results are amazing.
Next I plan to add the header & exhaust. Also the brake upgrade.
Thank you for your research and advice.
I think it would be helpful if you also added a suspension replacement/upgrade option like your speed upgrades.
I am a pretty much amateur with all the products available, and as an owner of a 2008 convertible S will be needing to replace these components soon.
Please provide upgrade options.

I purchased a trunk latch and back door logo. The website gave me confidence I had purchased the correct parts. The delivery was super fast, and the parts fit perfectly - the replacement was done in less than an hour (mostly cleaning the old adhesive). Excellent service, high marks! Richard
