Hello, My order #xxxxx. I was very happy with the quick delivery. I checked the contents-then put the box aside. When "life 's other stuff" got handled, I looked through the box again and saw the blue fob strip. First I thought it was added in error & was thinking "Crap, how do I get this back to them?" Then I saw the note from Chris. I wanted to get back and let you know how much I appreciated that. So kudos to the company and everyone that handled my order.Now I want to buy more "stuff" for my mini!

Needed to replace the cheesy and broken e-brake handle on my 2008 Clubman S. Purchased the Cravenspeed assembly from Outmotoring. Received the purchase in a VERY timely manner and the quality of the Cravenspeed handle is top notch. Installation was easy and it felt good to toss the broken cheesy factory assembly! My comment has to do with placing an order this weekend for less that $10 of products I tried paying with paypal three times and all three times it let me into the paypal system after logging in with my info for paypal then handed me back to your system at my shopping cart with the items still there and no order as if I never went through the process to pay with paypal. I finally opted to pay via my credit card and the system accepted the payment type and completed my order. Was this caused by a glitch in the system or what was the deal? My final order number is order #106762 which is the only one of four attempts in the end to be successful.
