Rear View Mirror Cover: 10/2012+

Wow, what in the world was MINI thinking? I know- lets change the interior rear view a TINY TINY bit- just enough so it's different from the mirror that went back all the way to 2004 (which by the way was one of just a few parts that did NOT change with the massive design change in 2007, etc)...so anyways, here we have a whole set of new part numbers for mirror covers ONLY for the October 2012 and newer models (see details below). And to top it off they added a bunch of new colors! Black Jack, Union Jack, Checkered, White, Red, Blue, Pink, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red (some colors not shown). See drop down menu for option to select if you have auto dimming or not. Select "non auto dimming" if your MINI has a large knob on the bottom, otherwise select "auto dimming'.

R55: 10/2012- Clubman
R56: 10/2012- 2013 Hatchback
R57: 10/2012- Convertible
R60: 10/2012- Countryman
R61: 10/2012- Paceman

Does NOT fit any rear view mirror with the Garage Door Opener function buttons UNLESS you do a little tweaking: The mirror cover is the same shape for the rear view mirror cover WITH the garage door opener feature but the 3 buttons get in the way, however the cover is so thin it can be trimmed with some scissors to make room for the 3 buttons... The best way to install this is to peel back enough of the ends of each piece of tape so they hang over the edge of the rear view mirror just enough to grab them. While putting pressure on the mirror cover while nested over the mirror housing start pulling back on each piece of tape until the backing comes off and the mirror should stay in place.
