Upper Engine Mount: Vibra Technics

I installed this last weekend.

It's very well made and works well. No need to replace OEM mounts anymore.

NVH is up, but not dreadful.

Given the length of the (non removable) threaded rod; it's a pain to install because you have to remove the Engine Mount Bracket from the block. Putting the Bracket back onto the block is difficult. 2 hours to install by myself (much quicker if you have a second body to rock the engine forward while supported by a jack)
