Every product I have ordered from OutMotoring has been shipped promptly and the quality has been superb. OutMotorings customer service has simply been outstanding. Extremely helpful with tracking down difficult to find parts and odds and ends needed for some installs that they didn't have listed, but got for me and had shipped directly to me. Their prices pretty much beat everyone else, but its the outstanding customer service that will keep me a loyal customer.

The owner is nice, prices are in line with others or better. My complaints are twofold. First not a blasted thing comes with any installation instructions. The Eventuri intake had excellent ones you could download, the rest had nothing. I guess you are supposed to know how to install before you buy.
Second, I have left a lot of reviews on products (most of them very favorable) and yet they don't show up under the product listing. I rely heavily on customer reviews as I have found they are generally the best gauge of the product. It has aggravated me beyond speaking that I spend the time writing a detailed review, only to never have it post. When I go to the item, it will say "no reviews for this product" and then underneath it "you have written a review for this product". Seriously?

I was looking for a hitch for my 2005 mini Cooper S convertible. I could not believe it, but outmotoring had a hitch specifically designed for my mini Cooper. I was in total shock because I had been looking for a hitch to use for my bike rack.. Installation was easy and it was a perfect fit. I am totally elated about my find. This company is an excellent company to buy parts for the mini Cooper. Thank you outmotoring for your quick and professional service. I am one happy customer!
