Excellent customer service from outmotoring.com. He updated me through text on status of the order. Shipping rates were very reasonable considering it is on lift gate delivery.
Don't be confused with the short engine description from MINI. This is a complete engine with all accessory. It is NOT a short block engine like i originally thought

Advantages: complete brand new engine not remanufactured

Disadvantages: cost.
