|Im in Australia, so receiving my products within two weeks was great. Just arrived today and im so stoked to be doing up my Mini Cooper S with some very cool accessories. |Out Motoring deserves kudos for their service! I was prepping for a road trip when less than two weeks prior I decided to upgrade two engine mounts and install a short shift adapter in my R53. Aaron and Brittany were hugely helpful in getting me ready! Brittany was able to find the mounts I wanted in stock, and Aaron helped me with info on the short shifter I was looking at. Brittany helped me again when I changed my mind, by modifying my order on the fly. They got the components to me in four days - plenty of lead time before my scheduled installation appointment and well in advance of the trip. BIG Thanks to Out Motoring for their help. This outfit will be at the top of my vendor list for future maintenance and upgrade needs. |

My wife has just received her 2nd mini an electric blue F56 with black roof named "Fabian" dont ask me why but thats how they sell cars in Australia (all have names) We received several items recently and have been installed quickly and easily. I was a little disappointed after speaking with Aaron today about my order. I placed an order for two items and was sent an email with a tracking number. Got one of the items today as tracking number stated. There was a note in the package that the other item was being shipped from another warehouse. There was no mention of this when I received the email with the tracking number. Then when I contacted Outmotoring about this. Aaron told me he would try and get me a tracking number for the other item.Then could not verify when the item would ship. Would have been nice to know that it would be shipping from some where else in the original email.

|I recently installed the aftermarket chrome interior package on my Mini 2 door coupe S. Prior to installation the carbon black interior felt dark and somewhat cheap. After installation the interior came alive. It appears much richer and bright and almost a different interior. It takes patience to install all of the pieces but it is time well spent. Highly recommended.|

|Love your business and your attempt to service MINI owners. One suggestion for you. When you feature a produce on the front of your emails each time, you should explain just exactly what the part is, what it does, and why a MINI owner would want to replace something on their car with it. All of us are not mechanics and might not recognize a picture of a part. As you do the site now, you always put these things in there and the copy is written as though everyone knows exactly what the part is for.
Another idea, what are the types of things that many MINI owners can do with their cars in terms of customization. Your site is so vast and the number of ideas so large, it's hard for the average person to get their arms around what you offer and why we should buy. You write as though we already know what we want when we come to your site. In actuality, many MINI owners who are not car-savvy don't even know what they might be looking for.
