VERY IMPORTANT! This part number is for the N18 engine.The N18 engine was used starting with the Gen2 S models in 2011 (UNLESS your MINI is a JCW 2011 which has the N14 engine- which requires a DIFFERENT part number). To confirm what engine you have please look at the stickers on the engine bay, hood or cowl to confirm.

As of 3/20/23 we were also alerted that some N16 engines use the N18 thermostat part number 11538674895 which is insane. Please consider emailing us your VIN so we can confirm which thermostat your MINI needs before ordering.

Super Important: Ready for even more confusion? IF your MINI (N18 engine) was produced BEFORE 07/2012 you will need a wire harness adapter part number 12518611289 (search our site). If your MINI with N18 engine was produced between 07/2012 and 02/2013 you will need wire harness adapter 12518614952.

When purchasing part number 11538674895 (formerly 11537647751), you will NEED one of the above mentioned adapters in order to connect to the wiring, UNLESS your MINI Cooper 'S' was built AFTER 02/2013!!

The lights work great and look great too. Much brighter than stock. Pretty easy to install after you get the 2 tabs (top & bottom) on the old lights either compressed or just break them as their not need for install or removal there are 3 screws that mount the lights and seal them from the elements.

Shipped as a red S. Bolted on grill great. Over a few months the red S faded to chrome. Still looks cool though.
