In this "internet age" we find ourselves searching for the best price we can find. All the while not thinking about the "value" of customer service. Is an extra dollar or two in your pocket worth bad service? The answer is no!While Out Motoring offers competitive pricing, the one thing no other on-line vendor can provide is the amazing and excellent customer service provided by the Out Motoring Team.
Their responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge and ability to accommodate a customers needs are world class and second to none!
Good service DOES have "value" and it's worth paying for! So my advice is before you waste time trying to find a better price elsewhere think about what it might cost you in the long run should you encounter a problem.
It's better to do business with a company like Out Motoring which is professional, customer focused AND offers competitive pricing.
Out Motoring has set the benchmark for all other on-line retailers who have forgotten the meaning of customer service.
Advantages: Convenience, easy to navigate parts finder, superior customer service.

Did a search online for a replacement dome light button for a 2004 mini copper s and was directed toward your site. I was, frankly, shocked by the price listed and wouldn’t be surprised if others had the same reaction, after viewing the price. After swing that outrageous price, for a dome light button, I may have to, seriously, reconsider buying anything from your sight, in light of the fact that I can purchase a, nearly, brand new one- although it’ll be used- for $25, with free shipping. Please, if you will, explain selling a button for $67. That’s, without shipping.

I just want to say, thank you for running such a good business. I just love it, I send in my order and check, and a week later I got my parts. Now this is the way to do business!!!!! I deal with Summit for my racing and hot rod parts, and they are the same. I have also dealt with outfits that you wait two or three months for your parts. I do not deal with places like this. It does not take long to learn a lesson. That is why I will buy all, and I mean all of my parts from Out Motoring. Period. Thanks again for have good stuff for the mini coopers. Greg Greg
