I spoke to Aaron one day when they were shut down due to snow and ice no one was in but Aaron he made it in,so I was calling about my order and Aaron answered the phone and I asked him about my order and he checked it out and told me that the order went out and we got talking about MINI CAR'S HE WAS SO NICE OF A PERSON AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD A STORM AND NO ONE COULD MAKE IT IN BUT HIM HE TRYED TO GET OUT OF HIS DRIVEWAY WITH HIS MINI BUT IT WAS TO BAD SO HE DROVE HIS TRUCK AND MADE IT IN AND THEN HE TOOK MY ORDER AND WE SAT ON THE PHONE TALKING ABOUT MINI CAR'S I WILL ONLY BUY FROM HERE.!!!! THEY HAVE THE THINGS THAT YOU DONT SEE ON OTHER WEB SITE'S.THAT'S A PLUS TO HIS COMPANY.!!! I BUY FROM HERE ALOT AND TODAY I'M GOING TO ORDER SOMETHING'S FROM HIS COMPANY. John MarchioneLove your business and your attempt to service MINI owners. One suggestion for you. When you feature a produce on the front of your emails each time, you should explain just exactly what the part is, what it does, and why a MINI owner would want to replace something on their car with it. All of us are not mechanics and might not recognize a picture of a part. As you do the site now, you always put these things in there and the copy is written as though everyone knows exactly what the part is for.
Another idea, what are the types of things that many MINI owners can do with their cars in terms of customization. Your site is so vast and the number of ideas so large, it's hard for the average person to get their arms around what you offer and why we should buy. You write as though we already know what we want when we come to your site. In actuality, many MINI owners who are not car-savvy don't even know what they might be looking for.

Top notch company and service. Only place I could find a drain back valve for r53. $25 replacement vs $450+ for the entire oil filter housing. Best part was the service. UPS delivered my part 2 days late on a Next Day Air shipment ,which is not OutMotoring's fault, but OutMotoring went to bat for me and got me a refund.
