Grill + Black Trim Set: BASE COOPER: 11+

(fiveyorks makes the best YouTube video on how to install and you must watch it before your start as this attaches differently than other trim pieces I have switched out.) This ended up being a half day project because there were not explicit instructions and I couldn't find a YouTube video on point until I had already made a mistake! Had there been instructions OR an included reference to a YouTube video, I would have given it 5 stars. My error was in removing the top and bottom grill trim first. The listing did say to remove the 4 screws at the top, but I hadn't noticed it until after I screwed up! Most of the YouTube vids are the ones where they take off the entire bumper. This set doesn't require that. Make sure you unscrew the four bolts on the top grill trim before you remove it. On the bottom you may find it easier to remove the grill with the chrome bottom trim attached as I couldn't get the new trim to work with the old grill (again most likely my own fault for guess...

Love your business and your attempt to service MINI owners. One suggestion for you. When you feature a produce on the front of your emails each time, you should explain just exactly what the part is, what it does, and why a MINI owner would want to replace something on their car with it. All of us are not mechanics and might not recognize a picture of a part. As you do the site now, you always put these things in there and the copy is written as though everyone knows exactly what the part is for.

Another idea, what are the types of things that many MINI owners can do with their cars in terms of customization. Your site is so vast and the number of ideas so large, it's hard for the average person to get their arms around what you offer and why we should buy. You write as though we already know what we want when we come to your site. In actuality, many MINI owners who are not car-savvy don't even know what they might be looking for.

Without a doubt, Out Motoring is the best aftermarket retailer I've worked with. I came in to buy some small parts. I mentioned that I needed a few of the nutcerts for my Mini. One part that I needed had to be shipped to me. When it arrived they had included the nutcerts.
