I've been ordering parts from Outmotoring's site for a few years now after having some bad experiences from other Mini part sites. Although I have only had a few order errors, Outmotoring has corrected it quickly both times. If 'to err is human' than Outmotoring is 'more human than human'. After buying LED Rear Tail Lights: GREY Union Jack: R56/7/8/9, one stopped working just after a year. These aren't cheap, and they should last more than a year. Since I purchased them over the 12 month mark, they are not covered under warranty. :( Customer service (Aaron) did work with me to get a new one at a discounted cost so I am thankful for that. So glad I purchased these from Outmotoring!
