Set of 2 - driver and passenger side - gloss black door handle covers w/ COMFORT ACCESS option.

The labor involved in replacing door handles is pretty insane. While complete replacement door handles in various designs are available, there's something nice about buying a product and installing it yourself in seconds. This is why these Gloss Black door handle covers are soooo cool. They simply stick on over the existing door handles and are backed with two strips of high bond double stick tape so they stay in place.

The best way to install them is to first clean any residue or waxes, etc from the handles and then snap on the covers leaving the little covered tags that hold the tape backing on (shown in the pic). Once you're happy with the fit, you can put pressure on the handle cover to keep them in place while pulling the tape backing off one at a time (there is one along the top edge and one along the bottom).

The Comfort Access version has a small oval rubber button on the driver and passenger handle that is used to unlock the car (if your keys are in close proximity). Please confirm that your MINI has this feature so you get the correct part.

So as a mini enthusiast, of course I try to do the up keep myself. I broke a bolt replacing the rubber gasket on the valve cover. 2 places on this earth have it. Here and of course mini dealers. Mini dealers have no interest in replacing parts in my 2011 mini cooper. They want me to buy a new one.
I was happy to buy the parts right here, have them shipped out and arrive in 3 days. Well done you lot for helping the regular weekend car mechanics.
