Stainless Steel Sport Exhaust CATLESS (no Catalytic converter) headers for gen1 MINIs. These high performance headers were developed in Germany by a leading tuner and are manufactured out of heavy gauge T304 stainless steel for long life. Each set of headers in includes a cat by pass pipe for testing. This bypass pipe is intended for track and off road use only unless you weld in catalytic converters.

Features:
- Design utilizes a F1-style 4 into 1 merge collector for reduced turbulence which creates more horsepower and torque
- All T304 stainless steel heavy tubing, TIG welded and polished finish
- Includes O2 (lambda) sensor ports just like the original down pipe configuration.Does not include catalytic converters - not usable on the public roads! - Check your local regulations!
- Improvement is approximately 12 hp.
- Design utilizes flex joint to isolate engine vibration.
- When the test pipe is installed and since it does not include a catalytic converter - it is not usable on the public roads! Check your local regulations! This test pipe includes an O2 sensor bung to install your O2 sensor.
- Headers really make the car noticeably faster across the rpm range with minimal additional noise
- Straight forward installation. The header includes a flexible joint for any slight adjustments that may be necessary. Kit comes complete with hardware and gaskets.

Excellent fit. I bought the matte black to try and match the rest of the trim and it looks factory installed.

Removing the OE chrome grill "nuts" was a bit of a pain, so I elected to just snap the plastic threads off rather than attempt to remove them. I wouldn't plan on keeping the OE grill as the plastic threads and stamped nuts are practically destroyed no matter how gentle you are.

The upper grill snaps in and use the same fasteners as the OE. The new stamped nuts can be a bit annoying, just seat the nut on the ball of your thumb and turn. Once the nut cuts into the plastic use a nut-driver to snug up--don't over tighten.

The lower grill just snaps in. I cleaned and plasti coted the bumper black, as you can see the bumper color behind the new grill--my car is red so it really stood out.

This grill makes the car look so much better and more up to date. I really like it.

If you don't mind destroying the OEM shifter boot then this thing is a snap (literally and figuratively) to install. You won't need to disassemble the center console. I just broke it off with a screwdriver. The new well pops right in with no tools. Couldn't be simpler.

Sku: NM.881201B, I bought these rims sometime in 2018, I drive the car only on warm sunny summer days, it doesn’t see rain or snow. That said.. last week my TPMS light came on, my husband took the wheel off and the rim had a 2.5” split in it. Not from hitting anything, it looks like a stress fracture. I’m not sure what caused this or why, just want to say be careful and beware as I’m sure it could be a hazard at certain speeds.
