Details

Over time the hydraulic pistons / struts that hold the hatch up start to fail. The hatch will slowly shut on its own leaving you frustrated holding a few bags of groceries or loot from your last Home Depot adventure. Eventually you'll find yourself holding the trunk open while you load and unload stuff, which is beyond annoying- and a bit sad. Your MINI is getting old and needs to be taken care of. If this is the case, it's time to replace the hydraulic pistons with a fresh set. We have a kit with both the left and right to make it easy for you. They're easy to replace and should take about 10 minutes total Enjoy. Sold as a set of 2 (Only ONE is shown in the picture)
