I bought Denso Iridium Colder spark plugs recently and found out that they are a horrible product to use. Wish that Outmotoring would allow customer reviews on products, that way we the consumer wouldn't have to worry able destroying our vehicles by adding sh!# parts. Why even sell this brand of spark plug if they have a bad reputation of popping out and destroying the threading! scottTop notch company and service. Only place I could find a drain back valve for r53. $25 replacement vs $450+ for the entire oil filter housing. Best part was the service. UPS delivered my part 2 days late on a Next Day Air shipment ,which is not OutMotoring's fault, but OutMotoring went to bat for me and got me a refund. I really appreciate your customer service and other companies should follow suit. Thanks again you have earned my business from here on out. Claude Cesar
I have ordered from Aaron a couple of times. He had parts that no one, to include parts houses, had and got them to me quickly. Seriously just 2 days. Aaron and I emailed back and forth about an address change that needed to be made post order, because of a blunder on my end. He handled it and things went well. A crazy motor head, and 9 emails later Aaron had things going the right direction. Kudos to him and the team at OM!!!! Jesse Kennamer
