These look great. The fit seems a bit loose, so I may need to add some adhesive to keep them secure. Also, mine arrived with the hole for the optional light on the driver's side. Only problem is that I do not have the light.

Advantages: Cheaper than the Mini OEM and they look great.

Disadvantages: I have a hole that I do not need ;)

The Gen3 MINI Cooper is a great platform to personalize just as the previous generations of the MINI and we have quite a selection of great ways to do so. One of the easiest and most dramatic ways to add some character is to replace the standard side mirror caps with something with some flavor. These replacement caps are super easy to install and are look awesome installed.

Some Gen3 MINIs have an option where a light shines out of the bottom of the side mirrors onto the ground. Based on our research, these mirror caps fit on all Gen3 models but do NOT have an opening for the light to shine through.

Wow u guys rock..I recieved my bumper protector for my Mini Cooper S 2007 Conv R52.I cannot believe how perfect it fit. I have bought some great things from here and I have yet to be disappointed. Did a search online for a replacement dome light button for a 2004 mini copper s and was directed toward your site. I was, frankly, shocked by the price listed and wouldn’t be surprised if others had the same reaction, after viewing the price. After swing that outrageous price, for a dome light button, I may have to, seriously, reconsider buying anything from your sight, in light of the fact that I can purchase a, nearly, brand new one- although it’ll be used- for $25, with free shipping. Please, if you will, explain selling a button for $67. That’s, without shipping.

ANSWER from OutMotoring: Hi, yes, this is a insanely high price for such a small item, unfortunately production and other costs define the price as we have to purchase this though the MINI parts network and they sometimes have exceptionally high prices on some items.
