The flexible plastic core of this brush makes it just strong enough to get behind wheel spokes while being flexible enough to get into smaller areas. The plastic handle and center shaft are wrapped in a flexible tapered foam core which is then wrapped in a ultra soft cover that is easy on delicate wheel finishes. All in all this is one of the best brushes on the market and is the first tool I grab when I go to clean my wheels. Brush is 15" long including the handle.
