I'm providing some feedback. We just finished installing Load Floor + Storage Compartment Kit: F56
sku: 51477298611+
The 51477434545 (replaces 51477298597) LEFT TRUNK TRIM does not have a cutout for the 51477298619 Lock for floor panel insert and 51477321718 Trim cover, lock for floor panel insert. Therefore, only one of each of those are needed instead of two.

Recently ordered the "secret" compartment for my 2021 Mini Cooper S. Aaron was instrumental in assuring that I ordered all the correct parts, as well as ancillary hardware. He also helped solve a
issue with the retractable door that wasn't functioning as it should. I could not have asked for better service.

This is the place to shop for mini cooper parts. Bought a plain r53 mini cooper and have been building it up every since. Any time i need a maintenance part or performance parts this is the first place to visit. Am very impressed with the black jcw grill!

In the MINI community there's three stores that I get my items from, and every time, I find the best deals here! Website experience is amazing, providing great detail on what each item does to your MINI. Customer service is also fantastic! IF your ever hesitant to ask a question about a certain part, go ahead and give them a call!

I’m on my 5th Mini and have been using OutMotoring since the 2nd for cosmetic upgrades. I’ve since decided to go for performance upgrades for my JCW and Aaron has been super helpful with suggestions for next steps. Very quick shipping when the items come directly from OM vs. the manufacturer. I’ll always check OM first if I need something for my Mini. Thanks!

I am so grateful to these folks! This non-mechanic was able to fix a problem that would have cost a couple of k's to fix at a dealership or mechanic. Aaron and Anthony were able to communicate with me to troubleshoot the issues and parts with me based off of my troubleshooting and error codes I received from my Schwaben (which Aaron referred me to a few years ago). They got the parts to me in a speed I was able to fix my problems before a scheduled shop visit that is always 2-3 weeks out. Now all I need is an oil and break fluid change I don't want to do and a slow leaking valve gasket I need to decide if I want to attempt. I found helpful videos that I'm almost thinking yes. Thanks guys!

After buying LED Rear Tail Lights: GREY Union Jack: R56/7/8/9, one stopped working just after a year. These aren't cheap, and they should last more than a year. Since I purchased them over the 12 month mark, they are not covered under warranty. :( Customer service (Aaron) did work with me to get a new one at a discounted cost so I am thankful for that. So glad I purchased these from Outmotoring!
