Customers' comments

This is a great company and they strive for the best customer service. I had some little problems with both of my orders, but once I sent out an email, everything was totally fixed. I love the customer service and they really try hard to please everyone. I love the products that I receive from them as well. Everything is flawless. Great job Out Motoring. I'll definitely be back for future items.

Ordered oil change kit for my Mini Cooper. One of the oil containers had leaked throughout the box, soaking everything else, and through the bottom of the box. Made a oily mess. You need to check the caps to make sure they are tight before shipping.

So as a mini enthusiast, of course I try to do the up keep myself. I broke a bolt replacing the rubber gasket on the valve cover. 2 places on this earth have it. Here and of course mini dealers. Mini dealers have no interest in replacing parts in my 2011 mini cooper. They want me to buy a new one.
I was happy to buy the parts right here, have them shipped out and arrive in 3 days. Well done you lot for helping the regular weekend car mechanics.
