Hi Aaron,I\'m just dropping you a line to say thank you for your awesome customer service. Frank arrived in the UK safe and sound yesterday with the auto sport module which I installed this morning. It was easy to wire up and works perfectly, I\'m thrilled with it.In the UK. I\'m a member of a couple of mini cooper forum\'s which I\'ve already posted the installation process on and will gladly give people your company details should they also wish to purchase a module from you. I am a new Mini Cooper convertible owner. The car I bought had a busted rear third brake light. The lights worked just fine, but the red plastic cover was missing. I expected it to be very expensive, however, I went on an online search and found OutMotoring.com. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they had what I needed, and it was not expensive at all - far less than I expected! Other sites were charging more than twice as much! ordered it on the 12th, had it by the 15th (and I didn't pay expedited shipping).
I also need to get some replacements for the rear belt line trim...unfortunately those are a bit pricier, but still competitive with other sites.
I will definitely be ordering parts from here in the future! Chad S
I recently ordered some blackout rings for the tail lights on my F54 Clubman. Aaron and his team provided great service and support when I had an issue - organising a new set sent directly from the distributor to me in Australia. I have ordered from OutMotoring quite a few times over the years and this is the first quality issue I have ever experienced - having said that, with great customer service I have no hesitation in using them again.
