VERY IMPORTANT! This part number is for the N12, N14 and N16 engines. The N18 engine uses part number 11538674895.

As of 3/20/23 we were also alerted that some N16 engines use the N18 thermostat part number 11538674895 which is insane. Please consider emailing us your VIN so we can confirm which thermostat your MINI needs before ordering.

Please note that MINI updated the wiring harness throughout production (a few times) and this thermostat may require an additional pigtail to work with with the factory wiring. If possible please get pictures of the factory engine harness connector and compare it to the images of this thermostat and check to see if you need adapter 12517646145 12518611289 or 12518614952
